Registration For The Spring 2026 Season

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Registrations open on Friday 15 May.
• Register via PlayHQ
• Early Bird Registration = $360 (Closes Saturday 30 May)
• Full Fee Registration = $380 (Closes Saturday 13 June)
• Please note that a 10% family discount applies to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th siblings.
• An additional, compulsory $34 Annual Participant License ($48 for those over 18) is payable directly to Basketball Victoria, and a $5.50 Game Development Levy is payable directly to Basketball Australia. These are annual fees and will not be applied if you have already paid at the beginning of the Autumn 2026 Season. PlayHQ will add these onto your registration automatically.
• You can pay the registration in full (recommended) or opt for the PayPal ‘Pay-in-4’ feature.
• Registrations close at midnight on Saturday 13 June.
• After this date, players wishing to register will need to contact the club via email to be placed on a wait list in case any suitable positions become available. Players registering after Saturday 13 June are not guaranteed to be placed in a team.
• With limited court space for training, we are very close to reaching our player capacity as a club. In the situation where we reach our maximum capacity, existing families will be given priority.
• The registration cost includes team sheet fees, which pay for court hire, referees, training court hire and team registration for Diamond Valley. Uniforms are not included in the registration cost.

UNIFORMS & MERCHANDISE:

• Please purchase uniforms and merchandise through Fiddes Direct. They handle all our uniform needs, including allocating suitable singlet numbers.
• The only compulsory items are the shorts and singlet (Basketball Uniform cost = $100).
• Check out their website for uniform and merchandise options, but to ensure correct sizing we recommend visiting Fiddes (15/24 Brand Drive Thomastown) in person to ensure you are happy with the fit.  
• All Greenhills Basketball Club players in under 14’s and below will be required to wear the NEW reversible ‘Fiddes’ uniforms from January 2027.
