Greenhills Autumn 2026 Registration

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Registrations open from Friday 21^st November 2025.
• Register via PlayHQ
• Early Bird Registration = $340 (Closes Wednesday 10^th December)
• Full Fee Registration = $370 (Closes Saturday 13^th December)
• Please note a 10% family discount applies to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th siblings.
• An additional, compulsory $32 Annual Participant License ($46 for those over 18) is payable directly to Basketball Victoria and a $5.50 Game Development Levy is payable directly to Basketball Australia. These are annual fees and will not be applied if you have already paid at the beginning of the Spring 2025 Season. PlayHQ will add these onto your registration automatically.
• You can pay the registration in full or opt for the PayPal ‘Pay-in-4’ feature.
• For U8-U10 players, when entering your child’s school information, please ensure you list the grade they will be in 2026, not this year’s grade.
• Registrations close at midnight on Saturday 13^th December.
• After this date, players wishing to register will need to contact the club via email to be placed on a wait list in case any suitable positions become available. Players registering after Saturday 13^th December are not guaranteed to be placed in a team.
• Please note that the fees have increased this season due to a price increase in Diamond Valley team sheet costs. To support our families, the club has absorbed some of the increase in cost this season, however, the registration cost will need to increase again next season to ensure we are sustainable.
• The registration cost includes team sheet fees which pays for court hire and referees, training court hire and team registration for Diamond Valley. Uniforms are not included in the registration cost.

UNIFORMS & MERCHANDISE:

• Please purchase uniforms and merchandise through Fiddes Direct. They handle all our uniform needs, including allocating suitable singlet numbers.
• Check out their website for uniform and merchandise options, but to ensure correct sizing we recommend visiting Fiddes (15/24 Brand Drive Thomastown) in person to ensure you are happy with the fit.  
• All Greenhills Basketball Club players will be required to wear the new ‘Fiddes’ uniforms from January 2027.
